Terms of use

These terms describe the current AI Billback product. They are not enterprise legal terms, a DPA, or a warranty.

1. 01

   The service

   AI Billback is a web application for allocating imported AI cost data to clients and producing client AI usage statements. It is not invoicing software, accounting software, LLM monitoring, or a replacement for provider dashboards.

2. 02

   Your responsibility

   You are responsible for the accuracy of files you import, the clients you assign costs to, and how you use statements with your clients. AI Billback does not verify provider invoices or determine what you may charge a client.

3. 03

   Billing and trial

   The current paid plan is Pro at $29 per month after a 14-day Pro trial. The trial starts on your first real CSV or paste save. Sample data does not start a trial. No credit card is required to begin. Checkout is available after those 14 days. A founding offer of 50% off the first 3 paid months may apply as shown on the pricing page. Stripe processes Pro payments.

4. 04

   Acceptable use

   Use AI Billback only for your own agency workflow. Do not attempt to access another workspace, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. 05

   Data

   Workspace data you save is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete saved workspace data from settings. Deleting workspace data cancels a live Pro subscription before the rows are removed. Stripe keeps its own billing records. We do not claim certifications or legal outcomes beyond what the product actually does.
